Eight Martyred, 25 others injured in blast outside Data Darbar in Lahore

At least eight people martyred and scores were injured in a blast outside the Data Darbar shrine in Lahore on Wednesday morning, authorities said.

The blast targetted a van carrying the Elite Force of Punjab Police, rescue sources said.

At least eight dead bodies were brought in to Mayo Hospital while twenty five others are being treated for injuries, hospital sources.

All three of the martyred were police officials. Four of the injured are in critical condition, the sources added.
