PM Imran visits Foreign Office
Prime Minister Imran Khan arrived at the Foreign Office on Friday for a briefing on Pakistan's relations with foreign countries.

Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Foreign Secretary Tehmina Janjua and other officials received PM Imran as he arrived at the FO.

"During his visit, the premier will be briefed on the situation in occupied Kashmir as well as Pakistan's relations with India," sources told media.

"The prime minister will also be taken into confidence regarding relations with Afghanistan, China, Iran and the United States," they added.

The sources continued, "He will also be briefed on the Kulbashan Jadhav case which will be heard in the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in February."

Further, sources said, "PM Imran will apprise officials at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding his vision for Pakistan's foreign policy and will issue guidelines."

"An effective foreign policy will be drafted in line with the prime minister's guidelines and vision."

Sources said, "Foreign Minister Qureshi will address a press conference in the evening to brief the nation regarding decisions taken during PM Imran's FO briefing."
