The NAB has named 20 persons including Agha Siraj as accused in the reference filed in an accountability court here after an inquiry, which continued for three months and 10 days.
According to the NAB charge-sheet the accused were involved in corruption of upto 1.6 billion rupees.
The court has yet to approve the NAB reference against Agha Siraj and others for hearing.
The NAB officials informed Sindh High Court on Wednesday that reference will be filed against Durrani and other accused on Thursday.

He said that the probe against Durrani and co-accused has been completed and evidence about illegal use of authority, illegal recruitment and other corrupt practices have been found.
The bureau has also key evidence about his assets beyond known means of income, the NAB investigation officer said.
The bench ordered NAB to submit report to the court on June 11 after filing reference against the provincial assembly speaker.
Durrani’s counsel pleaded to the court that his client was in jail and sought hearing of his bail petition.
The bench said that the bail petition of Durrani will be heard after filing of the reference.

As per details, the leader of Pashtun Tahafuz Movement (PTM) had fled the scene after inciting his party workers to launch an attack on the army check-post.
Five army soldiers were wounded in firing opened by a group of PTM while attacking Khar Kamar check post in North Waziristan, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said on Sunday.
The attackers came with a motive to release some suspected terrorists, however, three attackers were killed and 10 sustained injuries in the exchange of fire, the military’s media wing said.
The group of attackers were led by MNAs Mohsin Dawar and Ali Wazir.

Major Gen Ghafoor said sentences awarded to three including two army men and a civilian were given in three separate cases.
“Officers were given stern punishment on the crime they had committed”, the DG ISPR said.
He further said that no one is above the law.
Earlier on Thursday, Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa had signed death warrants for a retired Brigadier and a doctor along with awarding 14 years imprisonment to a Lt. General (retd.).
According to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), “Two officers namely Brigadier Raja Rizwan (Retd) and a civilian officer Dr. Waseem Akram were awarded death sentences by COAS along with awarding 14 years worth of imprisonment to Lt. General Javed Iqbal (Retd).”

“(What do you think) the bench summon the Secretary Petroleum”, the court asked in an interchange with the government counsel. “The Islamabad people don’t give heed to any notice from Sindh High Court,” the bench remarked.
